Joel McGinley’s 25 years of experience in customer experience, technology and business has made him a desired and sought-after professional. Joel’s vast leadership experience encompasses a generous span across business lines including areas such as contact center operations, customer care technologies, application development, operations support, contact center management, customer care business strategies and more. Joel features a track record of being closely involved in solving business and technology issues by applying both creative and pragmatic solutions. His focus is on driving revenue and lowering costs. In addition, Joel is well-rounded by his operations support experience which accentuates his understanding of the absolute need for quality and stability in the total life cycle of applications and infrastructure. Joel’s work with EC Sourcing, Cox Communications, Bank Plus and US Bank is especially emphasized by his contributions with the successful launches of multiple platforms and solutions. Joel is a graduate of Southern Oregon State University and Concordia University Portland Oregon with Degrees in Business and Communications.
